From the Botoish fountain where we parked cars and pay the National Piatra Craiului Park (10 she tax valid 7 days – we enter the yellow band in the autumn.

After a climb of about 1h45 ‘we will reach the built -up Zanoaga where we will admire the entire ridge of Craiului stones and enjoy nature (we will take many photos).

Up to curetura chalet we will go to the light paths for another 45 minutes, this is the simplest part of the route. Of course, at the cottage we will take a longer break where we can serve a well -known apple cake with Ravas.

We are preparing and we go on the road on the red point route for Saua Crack for about 40 minutes. From the crack of the crack we will do right on the blue tip route. Through the coniferous forest on the curve of a slightly upward level we reach after 100 m in a lawn with Grohotis and an explanatory panel. We be the furrow and reach the base of the western wall in Piatra not. We care carefully through the ovens equipped with cables and some slightly exposed brains. The route here is short and demanding but very well equipped. After the cables we go out on the Alpine crest and continue on the level curve between the juniper towards the peak of Piatra mica 1816m. We have a beautiful panoramic view of Zarnesti, the Barsei Valley, the Persians and the Bucegi mountains.

The descent is then made by the forest on the blue point in the Zanoaga lawn and from here we will follow the same path to the cars.

Mandatory equipment

I advise you to fill in the following list with the necessary in this table. There are no position maps, compass, altimeter, cortine and other technical equipment. The leader of the group will ensure them.

  • 3 -seasons mountain boots with adherent and waterproof sole, which covers the ankle (excluding any other type of footwear).
  • Backpack Tour (30-40L)
  • Mountain pants (waterproof, anti-event and breathable)
  • Blouse with long synthetic sleeve/merino wool (excluding cotton)
  • Polar
  • Hardshell/Softshell type jacket (waterproof, anti-event and breathable)
  • Fluff jacket
  • Cap/Bandana/SAP
  • Hot gloves (the temperature felt will be 0 degrees c)
  • Polarized sunglasses
  • Water (minimum 2l of 2l) or thermos with hot/cold liquids, tea, coffee
  • Cereal sticks, mixed walnuts and semi/sandwich/fruit
  • Front lantern with loaded batteries
  • Trekking sticks (especially recommended on the descent from small stone)
  • Solar cream with protective factor SPF 50+

Notes

Please respect the departure time and compulsory equipment. The path can be changed according to weather conditions and its conditions. Within the shifts organized by the Mountain Journal – @jurnalmontan, we have a series of rules destined to help us take care of the health and collective health and safety of the participants.

Each path is carefully documented and planned so that we can enjoy the beauty of the places visited, we can make enough breaks, hydration and photos. The rhythm will be established according to the earth and the group, by the leader of the group.

  • No one will remain unattended or behind
  • No people are abandoned on the path
  • Conflict with other participants
